There are two Assembly Constituencies namely, 30 – Mairang (ST) Assembly Consitituency and 31 –Mawthadraishan (ST) Assembly Constituency which are segments of the 1– Shillong Parliamentary Constituency. As on 5.1.2024 the total number of electors is 87239 of whom 448 are PwDs and 36 are Service Voters.
