The District comprises two Community and Rural Development Blocks viz, Mairang C&RD Block and Mawthadraishan C & R D Block. In all, till date there are 34 State Govt. offices in the district and two Central Government Offices & BSNL Office. There are 12 service bank branches in the district of which 5 are commercial and one is a cooperative bank. There is one District Hospital, 2Community Health Centers, 11 Primary Health Centers and 19 Health Sub-Centres. Besides those of the Govt. thereare2 other Private Health Centers in the district.
